	8:00PM-8:30PM	Meet author Karen Tongson who will unveil her new book "Why Karen Carpenter Matters". She will present a short introduction about herself and her book and then you will be able to ask questions and purchase a signed copy of the book.

THURSDAY	8:00AM - 9:00AM	Registration
	9:00AM - 11:00PM	*Carpenters Legacy Tour Part One* Join us for a guided tour of some of the locations that have become staples for any Carpenters enthusiast. We will have fun activities on the bus to make this an all-inclusive Carpenters extravaganza.
	9:00AM - 10:30AM	Travel to Carpenter Performing Arts Center
	10:30AM - 12:00PM	Our first stop is the Carpenter Performing Arts Center in Long Beach where we will have a chance to view some incredible memorabilia.
	12:00PM - 12:30PM	From there we will travel to Downey for lunch at the oldest McDonalds in the U.S.
	12:30PM - 1:30PM	Lunch (On your own)
	1:30PM - 4:30PM	We will then visit the Newville House, Furman Park, Close To You & Only Just Begun Apartments and the Downey United Methodist Church.
	4:30PM - 6:30PM	Dinner at your choice of the many options near the The Downey Theatre. (On your own)
	6:30PM - 7:30PM	Meet & Greet with Michelle Berting Brett and the cast of "We've Only Just Begun: Carpenters Remembered".
	7:30PM - 9:00PM	Sit back, relax and enjoy a performance of "We've Only Just Begun: Carpenters Remembered" starring Michelle Berting Brett.
	9:00PM - 10:30PM	After the show we will travel back to our hotel.

FRIDAY	8:00AM - 9:00AM	Registration
	9:00AM - 5:00PM	Carpenters Legacy Tour Part Two (100 Person Limit) Join us for day two of our guided tour of some of the locations that have become staples for any Carpenters enthusiast.
	9:00AM - 10:00AM	Travel to Hollywood.
	10:00AM - 12:00PM	We start our journey at Henson Studios (formerly A&M Studios) and the Hollywood Walk of Fame Star. (NOTE: As of now, we have not been granted access to Henson Studios. We are still working on getting that permission.)
	12:00PM - 1:30PM	Lunch at your choice of the many options available in the area. (On your own)

	1:30PM - 2:30PM	We travel to our next destinations
	2:30PM - 3:30PM	COACH ONE: The Yesterday Once More warehouse is where Richard keeps his massive car collection as well as many prized Carpenters collectibles. (NOTE: As of now, we have not been granted access to the Yesterday Once More warehouse. We are still working on getting that permission.) COACH TWO: Pierce Brothers Memorial where we will pay our respects at Karen's final resting place.
	3:30PM - 3:45PM	COACH ONE: Travel to Pierce Brothers Memorial Park. COACH TWO: Travel to the Yesterday Once More warehouse.
	3:45PM - 4:45PM	COACH ONE: Pierce Brothers Memorial Park is where we will pay our respects at Karen's final resting place. COACH TWO: The Yesterday Once More warehouse is where Richard keeps his massive car collection as well as many prized Carpenters collectibles. (NOTE: As of now, we have not been granted access to the Yesterday Once More warehouse. We are still working on getting that permission.)

	2:00PM - 3:00PM	Explore the historic Hollywood Bowl & Museum.
	3:00PM - 3:45PM	Travel to Pierce Brothers Memorial Park.
	3:45PM - 4:45PM	Pierce Brothers Memorial Park is where we will pay our respects at Karen's final resting place.
	4:45PM - 5:00PM	Travel back to our hotel.

	7:30PM - 9:30PM	Enjoy our second celebration of the music of the Carpenters with: Carpenters Tribute Concert, starring Sally Olson & Ned Mills. After the show there will a meet and greet with Sally, Ned and the band.

SATURDAY	9:00AM - 10:00AM	Registration
	10:00AM - 11:00AM	Toni Lee will be hosting a screening of a wonderful tribute to the music of The Carpenters and the voice of Karen Carpenter. "Karen, So Close" was filmed at The Cork Opera House Ireland and will be broadcast on Public Television Stations across the United States this spring. After the viewing Toni will be available for questions and to sign copies of her DVD.
	11:00AM - 1:00PM	Join Judy Pancoast as she presents her cabaret show "All My Best Memories: Built by the Carpenters"
	1:00PM - 2:00PM	Lunch (on your own)
	2:00PM - 4:00PM	Join Randy L. Schmidt and Paul Ashurst as they present the new book, Carpenters: An Illustrated Discography in Brendan's Irish Pub (adjacent to the hotel). Preorder your copy of the book here!
	5:00PM - 6:00PM	Registration
	6:00PM - 10:00PM	Buffet Dinner & Panel Discussion \| Ballroom Join for a delicious buffet dinner as well as a Q&A with some special guests. Panelists include the renowned Carpenters author Randy L. Schmidt, journalist/biographer Tom Nolan, music historian Paul Grein, musician Earle Dumler and recording engineer Al Schmitt. (NOTE: Some of the panelists that we have reached out to will not officially confirm their participation until closer to the convention date due to their ever changing schedules. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Their names will be posted as soon as they are confirmed.)
