7:30PM - 9:00PM	Casual Meet & Greet \| Poolside Patio Mingle and meet new and old friends at a gathering to begin the celebration! (cash bar available)
8:00PM - 8:30PM	Karen Tongson's Why Karen Carpenter Matters Meet author Karen Tongson who will unveil her new book Why Karen Carpenter Matters. She will present a short introduction about herself and her book and then you will be able to ask questions and purchase a personally signed copy.
THURSDAY - APRIL 25, 2019
8:00AM - 9:00AM	Registration \| Palm II
9:00AM - 11:00PM	Carpenters Legacy Coach Tour - Part One A tour to some of the locations that have become staples for any Carpenters enthusiast. There will be fun activities on the coach to make this an all-inclusive Carpenters experience.
9:00AM - 10:30AM	Travel to the Richard & Karen Carpenter Performing Arts Center.
10:30AM - 12:00PM	The Richard & Karen Carpenter Performing Arts Center in Long Beach is where you will have the chance the Richard & Karen Carpenter Exhibit: a permanent display of awards and memorabilia.
12:00PM - 12:30PM	Travel to Downey.
12:30PM - 1:30PM	Lunch (on your own) at the oldest McDonald's in the U.S. or any restaurant in the area.
1:30PM - 4:30PM	The Downey tour will include the Newville House, Furman Park, Close To You & Only Just Begun Apartments, Downey High School, the Downey United Methodist Church and the Lubec Street house. (based on time & availability)
4:30PM - 6:30PM	Dinner (on your own) at your choice of the many options near the Downey Theatre.
6:30PM - 7:00PM	"We've Only Just Begun: Carpenters Remembered" \| Downey Theatre Meet & Greet with Michelle Berting Brett and the musicians of "We've Only Just Begun: Carpenters Remembered".
7:30PM - 9:00PM	Sit back, relax and enjoy a variety of hits made famous by the Carpenters performed by Michelle Berting Brett and her 7 piece band.
9:00PM - 10:30PM	Travel back to the Palm Garden hotel.
FRIDAY - APRIL 26, 2019
8:00AM - 9:00AM	Registration \| Palm II
9:00AM - 5:00PM	Carpenters Legacy Coach Tour - Part Two It's day two of the tour to some of the locations that are must-sees for any Carpenters enthusiast.
9:00AM - 10:00AM	Travel to Hollywood.
10:00AM - 11:30PM	The journey at Henson Studios, formerly A&M Studios. (NOTE: As of now, we have not been granted access to Henson Studios. We are still working on getting that permission.)
11:30AM - 12:00PM	Visit the Carpenters' star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
12:00PM - 1:30PM	Lunch (on your own) at your choice of the many options available in the area.
1:30PM - 3:30PM	During the afternoon portion of the tour, visits include the Hollywood Bowl Museum, Joe Osborn's house and the Yesterday Once More warehouse. (based on time & availability)
3:30PM - 3:45PM	Travel to Pierce Brothers Valley Oaks Memorial Park.
3:45PM - 4:45PM	Pay our respects at Karen's final resting place.
4:45PM - 5:00PM	Travel back to the Palm Garden hotel.
5:00PM - 7:00PM	Dinner (on your own) at a variety of options in the area.
7:00PM - 9:00PM	"Carpenters Tribute Concert" \| Palm I Enjoy "Carpenters Tribute Concert" starring Sally Olson and Ned Mills. Combined with custom vintage costumes & historical commentary, they will perform a selection of songs in true Carpenters style. (cash bar available)
9:00PM - 10:00PM	After the concert, there will be a Meet & Greet with Sally, Ned and the band.
SATURDAY - APRIL 27, 2019
10:00AM - 11:00AM	Karen: So Close \| Palm II Toni Lee will present her DVD Karen: So Close. After the viewing Toni will be available for questions and to sign copies of her DVD.
11:00AM - 1:00PM	"All My Best Memories" \| Palm I Join Judy Pancoast for her cabaret show "All My Best Memories: Built by the Carpenters". After the performance there will be a Q&A with Judy.
1:00PM - 2:00PM	Lunch (on your own) at a variety of options in the area.
2:00PM - 4:00PM	Book Launch Party \| Brendan's Irish Pub Join Randy L. Schmidt and Paul Ashurst for an exclusive release celebration of the new book Carpenters: An Illustrated Discography. Randy will be available to sign copies of the new book and answer any questions you might have. Supplies of the book for this event are limited. Enjoy refreshments and take advantage of Brendan's Irish Pub Happy Hour specials.
5:00PM - 6:00PM	Registration \| Palm I
6:00PM - 7:30PM	Buffet Dinner \| Palm I & II
7:30PM - 9:30PM	"Carpenters - 50 Years Of Music, Music, Music" Panel Discussion \| Palm I & II The final event! The panel discussion will feature special guests: Earle Dumler, Chuck Findley, Paul Grein, Gayle Levant, Chris May, Tom Nolan, Randy L. Schmidt, and Al Schmitt. The discussion will include their interaction and insights into the career of Karen & Richard Carpenter. In addition, enjoy a selection of photographs by photographer Sherry Rayn Barnett displayed throughout the room.
9:30PM - 10:00PM	Carpenters 50th Anniversary Celebration group photo.
